Return & Refund Policy

At, we want to make your returns process as easy as possible. In order to ensure you a smooth return process, please read the following policy carefully.

eturns and exchanges should be made within fourteen days of delivery.
Items not mailed within this period cannot be refunded, though they may be exchanged.
Diamond Rings will accept returns that are unused and include all necessary paperwork included with the item.
Any security tags or labels must also be attached. Refunds are given in the form of payment used to make the purchase.

To start the return or exchange process, customers should obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number or RMA.
Should receive returned purchases that do not have an RMA number, those items may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

We are also happy to answer any other questions about the returns process you might have. RMA numbers expire after five days.
Any returned purchases must be postmarked within this five-day period.
Please keep in mind that receiving an RMA number from does not guarantee a return will be accepted and a refund made.

Should your purchase arrive broken or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know immediately.
Please do not sign for packages displaying signs of tampering or other damage.
If necessary, insurance claims will be managed through the carrier. will carefully check all returned purchases for wear and tear that may include dents, dirt, signs of wear, scratches or other damage.
We consider an item to be in an unused condition if there are no signs of tampering, and we will not accept returned merchandise with any indication of being used.
Any security tags and labels included with the item at delivery must also be included with the return.
We reserve the right to reject an item deemed unfit for re-stocking.

We require a 10% restocking fee for returned purchases.
This fee will be taken out of the refund. also cannot refund shipping costs unless the item arrived in bad condition or the wrong item was received due to our shipping error.
Incorrect information given to by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will not refund shipping costs accumulated due to incorrect information given by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that that have been engraved or re-sized or customized whether by the customer or by us.
This exemption to returns also includes special orders.

In order to make a return customers must:

  • Meet all of the conditions listed above.
  • Call or email Customer Service 1-800- Diamond Rings to receive an RMA Number, thus starting the process.
  • Send the purchase(s) to the address given when you contact us. DO NOT ship anything to an address that is not the one given by’s Customer Service.
  • Customers may send returned items through the shipping provider of their choice. highly encourages customers to insure shipments or request delivery confirmation. is not responsible for returns damaged upon arrival, lost in the shipping process, or that did not follow the instructions given by Customer Service.
In order to make sure your return gets to us and is accepted, please carefully follow all instructions given above.

It will take us 1-2 days for your return to be processed once it has been received.
It should take 3-5 days for any credits to your account to be reflected on your statement.
